|Salary||£7.83 per hour £289.71 per week||Hours Of Work||37 hours per week. This post is required to cover a rota to ensure that there is appropriate ICT support for the standard operating hours of the business which are 8am-8pm Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.|

The main purpose of the role is to provide a first point of contact for all ICT customers within FCHO. You will be working as part of a Technical ICT team, providing an efficient and effective customer support function and providing a single point of contact for all ICT related issues and requests for FCHO colleagues.
You will receive guidance and mentoring from staff across the ICT Service.
This vacancy is restricted to candidates who live within the Borough of Oldham
Role and Responsibilities
In addition to assigning, tracking and resolving customer requests you will also carry out regular operational tasks, resolve application and infrastructure issues at 1st line and produce reports and feedback to ICT Management that will help measure and improve the performance of the ICT Service.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Good level of numeracy and literacy.
Experience of using Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, Outlook
