Salary £154.00 per week Hours Of Work Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm with one hour for lunch

Qualification Business Administration Level 2 plus Functional Skills if applicable

Vacancy Description

We are a large multi office firm of solicitors providing a range of legal advice to individuals and businesses. We are looking for a Business Support Apprentice within the support function to assist our professional solicitors and support staff.  Our employees work in a professional and challenging environment so the ability to multi task and work in a

busy office to deadlines is important.  This role will give you an excellent platform to move into a wide range of career choices. 

Role and Responsibilities

Day to day duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging appointments
  • Answering telephones

The role will also include general administration and office duties such as photocopying, sorting post, updating records and dealing with paperwork /filing and data input. As the first point of contact for clients, suitable candidates will have a professional friendly manner and be of smart appearance. You will also need to be IT literate and have accurate keyboard skills. Full training will be provided and as this is an Apprenticeship position, you will be working towards a recognised qualification.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

GCSE grades A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent).

 Preferably an IT qualification

 and/or the ability to use Microsoft packages
