Vacancy Description

Within this role you will have a responsibility for candidates placed on assignments with our clients. You will be responsible for registering and resourcing new candidates to company standard. Ensure all company procedures and policies are adhered to in a professional manner.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Registration of new Candidates for all sectors of the company’s business.
  • Posting of job adverts on Social Media and Specialist Websites.
  • Ensure that all registrations are to Railway Compliance Standards
  • Ensure all documents and registrations are recorded on the Company internal Software
  • Regular use of the telephone for speaking to candidates regarding work and taking messages for colleagues.
  • Complete all paperwork required for each candidate / job.
  • Matching of suitable Candidates to Specific jobs.
  • Assist with the collection of weekly timesheets
  • Follow all procedures and understand why these exist
  • Understand and support the vision and goals of the Company


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Driving Licence (or actively taking lessons)
  • GCSE Maths and English C-4 or above


Preferred Skills

  • Computer Literate, ability to use Outlook, MS Office
  • Confident Telephone manner


Personal Qualities

  • Presentable for client meetings
