Employer Description Construction – Civil Engineering and Groundworks in all construction sectors providing bespoke civil engineering and groundwork packages.
Salary £4.00 per hour £156.00 per week Hours Of Work 39 hours Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm Friday 8.30-4pm half hour lunch
Position Type Apprenticeship Age Range 16+
Qualification Business Administration Level 2 Framework plus Functional Skills if applicable This is a work-based qualification although some College attendance may be required for Functional Skills.

Vacancy Description

We operate as both Principal Contractor and Contractor in all construction sectors providing bespoke civil engineering and groundworks packages to a range of clients including national and small developers

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide a single point of contact for the receipt a transfer of documented information on the Project
  • Assist with company systems in relation to document management, for both information produced/received electronically and in paper format
  • Photocopying, scanning, printing and filing of various documents
  • General administration duties including answering the telephone
  • Organising and distributing of confidential and legal paperwork, documents preparation, scanning and data entry
  • To match proof of delivery notes with invoices and add to the information on our internal accounts system (training will be given)

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • GCSE grade C/4+ or above in English & Maths
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Work, Excel
  • Administration experience preferred
