Role and Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Typing correspondence
  • Mailshot letters
  • Helping out with reception cover, answering the telephone and greeting clients
  • Provide general administrative support to the Practice Manager
  • Assist with H&S records and certifications
  • Assist with website and social media
  • Assist with planning and booking training for staff
  • Assist with client events planning and coordinating
  • Maintain supplies for copiers and office equipment
  • Scanning, uploading invoices
  • Helping with the ordering of all office supplies

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • GSCE Maths and English Grade C or 4 or above is essential
  • Good keyboard/typing skills

  • Accuracy and attention-to-detail
  • Able to proof read own work
