|Qualification||AAT Level 2 or Level 3 + Functional Skills if required. This qualification requires College attendance one day per week during term time. Additional classes may sometimes be called if necessary. College attendance may also be required for Functional Skills if applicable.|
We have an Apprentice Accounts Assistant position within our independent Accountancy practice in Heywood. We are a friendly team and believe in progressing our Apprentices within the company. This is a varied role working on numerous clients in multiple industries and sectors. As we are a small team, you will be a valued member and quickly gain exposure to multiple tasks and skills.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Grades A or B at GCSE or A Level for at least one of following subjects: Maths / Business Studies / Accountancy are essential.
Use of Microsoft Excel and Word is crucial, good numeracy skills, good written English skills and good time management skills.
Good communicator, confident, adaptable, willing to learn, punctual, polite.
The Apprentice will be taken through to AAT qualification, then there is the possibility of funded ACCA study.
