Salary £5.00 per hour, £200.00 per week Hours Of Work 40 per week - Monday to Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9.30am - 6.30pm 1 hour lunch
Position Type Apprenticeship Age Range 16+
Qualification Business Administration Level 2 plus Functional Skills if required

Vacancy Description

Primary responsibilities of this role involve Business Administration duties. Typically any day would involve data entry, opening post, scanning documents, arranging letters to be sent out, contacting customers to discuss/update them on their current cases, handling inbound calls from clients, working as part of a team, organising appointments, using a cloud-based telephone system, using Microsoft office and our internal customer relationship management system.

 

Role and Responsibilities

·         General Administration duties

·         Data entry

·         Opening post

·         Scanning documents

·         Dealing with outgoing mail

·         Contacting customers to discuss/update them on their current cases

·         Handling inbound calls from clients

·         Organising appointments

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

GCSE grades A*- C / 4+ (or equivalent) in English & Maths desirable

 

Preferred Skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         The ability to work effectively in a team.

·         Able to demonstrate tenacity and resilience.
