|Employer Description||Nutters Restaurant are delighted to announce the purchase of our first pub venture the former “Bird it’h Hand” pub at Birtle. To be rebranded 'The Bird at Birtle', and due to open May 2016 after significant upgrading, the pub will create no less than thirty new jobs. Our aim is to keep the character of the building, but of course add that 'Nutter Twist'. Andrew and his team plan to serve up great hearty traditional pub food at reasonable prices, using the very best of local and regional produce.|
|Salary||No experience: £5.00 per hour £200.00 per week. Experience: £6.00 per hour £240.00 per week||Hours Of Work||40 hrs flexibility and shifts Hours to be agreed approx 40 per week, but will include weekend work with time off in the week.|

This is a state of the art Gastro pub that will allow the right person to grow within the company. It requires someone with passion for food, motivation, stamina and enthusiasm to join the team.

GCSE grades A-C in English and Maths (or equivalent) or working towards
A Catering qualification would be useful but not essential
A Food Hygiene qualification would also be preferred, but not essential
Permanent job to the right person on completion of the Apprenticeship
