Employer Description We are a small company dealing in Teamwear, Print & Embroidery to clubs, schools and businesses. We also manufacture cricket equipment.
Salary NMW £4.20 - £7.83 per hour, £157.50 - £293.63 per week Hours Of Work 37.5 hours between 8am & 6pm Monday to Friday - flexible - 1/2 hour lunch break
Position Type Apprenticeship Age Range 16+
Qualification Performing Manufacturing Operations L2 (PMO) plus Functional Skills if required

Vacancy Description

Working within a friendly team we are looking for someone who is willing to work hard and help other members of the team if necessary. You will be a personalised clothing assistant producing quality work within specified timescales providing top class service to the customer.

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Preparation and printing of personalised clothing orders
  • Learn new skills on print and cut machines
  • Use heat presses on daily basis
  • Take images of completed garments to promote through Social Media channels
  • Check orders are complete ready for delivery
  • General housekeeping within your department ensuring areas are tidy and hazard free in conjunction with Health & Safety guidelines.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Good general education but no specific qualification needed. If you do not have grade 4 or above you will need to complete Functional Skills as part of your Apprenticeship.
