|Employer Description||Clever Clogs Day Nursery was registered in 2003. It is privately owned and operates from four playrooms on the ground floor of a converted building, situated in the Radcliffe area of Manchester, Lancashire. The nursery is open each weekday, all year round, apart from public holidays and Christmas. Sessions are from 7.30am to 6pm. All children have access to the outdoor play area.|

This is a great opportunity within a newly established setting near Bolton town centre. You will be working in the nursery alongside a professional and experienced team, learning a range of skills to develop a career working in a Children and Young People’s setting.
Role and Responsibilities
Do you enjoy working with children and want to progress with it further? An opportunity has arisen to gain some experience within an excellent nursery setting which provides a high standard of training and experience. You will be working in the nursery dealing with a variety of children – from babies and toddlers to 3 and 4 year olds. You will be trained to a high standard in all duties required of you involving keeping the children safe and enhancing their learning/play.

The ability to work in a team
You will be required to work shifts between 7.30am and 6.00pm so you must be flexible with your working hours.
You will also have to provide the employer with two references and pass a DBS check
You will receive a certificate of completion and a letter of reference as a minimum to support future job applications. You will be given an exit interview/written feedback and (where available) a formal interview for employment and/or an apprenticeship with the employer. Subject to a successful completion of your pre apprenticeship program you may be employed as an apprentice to study towards the next level of your childcare qualifications.
